Support developing a structured approach to applying Government and Business Excellence frameworks, using the criteria of ‘Government Excellence Performance Awards’ and the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) models.
Perform Self-assessment & training, and identification of necessary improvements in preparation for the excellence awards assessments, including:

- Dubai Government Excellence program (DGEP).
